First Post of the month and I couldn't find the right title, today we're talking about SM..again

In an article I read in the website "Omona, they didn't!", I was literally like O.o "Oh Really? So that's how they got those skinny legs that fits their colorful skinny jeans perfectly?" It's so disturbing. No wonder why some of them really looks so skeletal, yes, I'm pointing to you Jessica. XD


 




Since I'm on a simple diet (not a serious one) I got interested when the article entitled "SNSD'S SHOCKING DIET" popped on my screen. When I clicked and read it, my jaws dropped and Mr.L.SM pissed me off big time. "SNSD's breakfast consists of only fruit and vegetables totalling to 200 cal (840 KJ). Their lunch at 300 cal (1250 KJ) and dinner also at 300 cal (1250 KJ), which makes only 800 cal (3350 KJ) a day." ~ I think Anorexia Nervosa is not on Korean Dictionary, Jessica Jung is not just skinny, she's anorexic.


They also said that the girls eat cucumber if they got hungry in between meals and Jessica hated them so much, I wonder if she can even come near them, it must be so hard for them. 2000 cal is the recommended dietary intake for females and carbs in very importand especially for active young adults like them. Busy schedules, long rehearsals, touring, dancing, singing and other activities by a VERY popular celebrity, where do these 9 girls get their energy? I wouldn't get surprised if one day, one by one they'll collapse on stage.


I remember Seohyun said that she's always b*tching around when she doesn't eat right, (Lame joke, right?) no wonder why she's 9kg underweight and Hell! Where did the "Sooyoung eats 5 meals a day" go? Maybe she eats 5 cucumbers a day XD.They also said once that they eat buffet style, you can't eat lettuce buffet style! There would be too many rabits ^^ SM Diet works for SNSD, then TVXQ, Super Junior, BoA, f(x)...then there goes the poor kids, SHINee.


Even the TVXQ boys admitted that they want to achieve the "Japanese boy" body. Yunho fainted twice in HTTG set and Jaejoong collapsed in their MKMF rehearsals because he was too exhausted from working for 20 hours straight from filming HP then TVXQ activities, both happened during Mirotic Promotions (at least TVXQ members are well-built, not skinny) . How about Heechul vomitting blood during Don't Don rehearsals? They didn't stop the rehearsal but dragged Heechul off the stage. But SHINee! The "Flower Boy Generation" 1st episode where the adults offered them to eat the cakes but they refused to eat them because they CAN'T..but with the looks of them, it's like that anytime, they'd just dig in. The adults looked so upset, including the boys. Just look at Taemin, he's so skeletal. I was so damned happy to see Taemin, Key, and Jonghyun eating with what appeared to be hearty appetites on an episode of Idol Magnae Rebellion but then I think that it's because all the idols around them are eating as well, and it would be totally weird if they filmed the rest eating, and the SHINee members just sitting there. I think SME keeps SHINee skinny so the noonas have sick fantasies about packing huge lunches for them before they go off to school. XD


But SM artists looking smaller, thinner, frailer than artists under different management is completely subjective. I think there are a ton of artists who look borderline unhealthy, but SM just has a hugeass roster of people under their management who's in the spotlight all the time, so it looks like they have "more" under the unhealthy category. 2PM said once that them sleeping for a complete 6 hours is a miracle. MBLAQ said that they rehearse for 14 hours straight and TEEN TOP (take note, they're only 15-18 years old) practice for 12 hours. I think SM artists rehearsals are 4-7 hours. Where did the girls of GP Basic (12-16 yrs old) got those abs, man! I want them, too (looks like PedoBear overworks the kids too much) . But I really think on this health issue, SM is the worst, and making this diet plan in public is completely insane. It's unhealthy, wicked, disgusting. At least I eat 1500 cal. per day. ^^


These groups are insanely famous that recieve lots of fangifts from fans, plushies, chocolates, cakes, FOOOODSS! I wonder where all of those stuffs go. So guys, what do you think?? But I think SM artists are more careful with fangifts since the inicident when TVXQ leader, Yunho was poisoned by an anti-fan.

But when I watched JYJ Thanksgiving in DOME, I'm...awed.

It's been barely two years since Jumon-Mirotic Kr. version was released in Koreanand over a year when Spell-Mirotic was released in Japan. But The past few weeks/months, there are still group performing it, it never gets old, I can't help but beam with pride when they talk about TVXQ as their role-models and motivators despite the dispute of them against SME. Big Groups such as Super Junior and SHINee, groups MBLAQ, 2PM, Z:ea, and just recently Infinite performed it.

I know, this is the most critical time for me.

I'm pretty aware, that in some perspectives,

I might have made the wrong decision.

But after all, I'm grateful about this given time.

I'm experiencing things I never had time doing before.

People have made time to realize something

and to know me, my family to be exact.

I'm learning, things that I can only learn by myself

and lastly, having a new view in life,

making mistakes is only an obstacle that

makes an individual a better person,

at least, will make him realize things.

And for me, instead of regretting things,

I'll just do my very best and everything

not to do that particular mistake that

I might really regret afterards.

Jung Yunho, Kim Jaejoong, Kim KiBum, Kim Junsu and Shim Changmin were chose..

but Six months prior from TVXQ's debut...Park Yoochun came replacing KiBum in the group...

The remaining Apprentices were called "Super Junior"..

SNSD...who are still not "PRETTY?"--as SONES describe them...got into their own trainings and a number of surgeries ...before officially debuting after years...Both SuJu and DBSK saw SNSD change from one surgery to another...YUP!...They knew that!...

So what do you think?? Kim Jaejoong will hit on Jessica if he knew it barely how that face transformed??What do you think?? Jaejoong will fall in love with this girl who got this faces before..and he even saw her wearing this face just a while ago??How he knew how many surgeries made this fake face??Now..what do you think??
